Introduction

This agreement is between you and IULIIA KRASNOKUTSKAIA for the "AI Long Video Generator & More" services, including text-to-video and image-to-video generation, sequential video creation, character consistency features, video editing capabilities, and other related features (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the "AI Long Video Generator & More" application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, you must uninstall and cease using the Service immediately.

These Terms incorporate any relevant updates regarding multiple AI model selection, token-based usage, character creation, environment customization, sequential video generation, and editing features. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of all such changes.

2. Permitted Uses and Restrictions

2.1. Video Generation

You may use the Service to:

• Generate videos in various formats, including 1:1, 9:16, and 16:9 aspect ratios, typically with durations of 5 to 10 seconds
• Create custom characters and environments for consistent use across multiple videos
• Generate sequential videos using the same characters and environments
• Edit and arrange multiple video segments to create longer narratives
• Select from various AI models (e.g., Kling, Kling Pro, Kling Master, Veo 2, Veo 3, Wan, Wan Pro, Seedance Pro, Seedance Lite, Pixverse, Minimax) for video generation

2.2. Content Standards

You must not use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights.

2.3. Prohibited Conduct

• You must not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service in any way
• You must not use the Service to engage in fraudulent activities, harassment, or unauthorized data collection
• You must not use automated scripts, bots, or excessive system resources that could disrupt the Service
• You must not create characters or content that impersonate real individuals without consent
• You must not generate content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights

3. Service Availability & Limitations

• Continuous Service: We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, network failures, or other factors beyond our control
• AI-Generated Content: AI-generated content may vary in quality and accuracy. Character consistency across videos, while a key feature, may not be perfect due to AI limitations. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, delays, or data losses related to the use of our Service
• Usage Limits: We may impose usage limits, suspend, or terminate Service access at our discretion to maintain fair usage among users and protect the integrity of the platform

4. Intellectual Property & User-Generated Content

• Our Proprietary Rights: The AI Long Video Generator & More Service, along with its algorithms, code, and software, are the property of IULIIA KRASNOKUTSKAIA
• Your Rights to Generated Content: Any content you create using the Service, including characters, environments, and videos, remains your intellectual property. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, or display such content only for service improvement or promotional purposes if you have explicitly agreed to such usage (e.g., in-app consent)
• Character and Environment Ownership: Custom characters and environments you create within the app are your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership over your creative work
• No Third-Party Infringement: You must not generate or share content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights

5. Fair Usage Policy

5.1. Reasonable Use

While we do not impose strict usage limits, excessive or abusive use that may degrade the experience for other users is prohibited.

5.2. No Abuse or Automation

Generating an unreasonable number of videos in a short period or using automated means to create videos may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

5.3. AI Model Selection

You may choose among multiple AI models to generate your video content. This choice does not exempt you from the Fair Usage Policy; the same principles (e.g., no abusive or excessive use) apply across all models.

5.4. Character and Environment Creation

Creating an excessive number of characters or environments in an attempt to circumvent token usage or exploit the system is prohibited.

5.5. Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and take appropriate action to ensure fair use.

6. Token-Based Usage

6.1. Token Purchases

Certain features of the Service (e.g., generating videos, creating characters, saving environments) require tokens, which are acquired through in-app purchases. Each video generation request and certain character/environment operations deduct the relevant token amount from your balance. You cannot use token-requiring features once tokens are depleted until you purchase more.

6.2. Session-Based Token Management

We do not store any user-generated content or personal data in a permanent database. Token tracking and management operates on a session-based model only. When you purchase tokens, they are available for use during your current session but are not retained or carried over to future sessions. Each session is independent and no personal identifying information is stored permanently.

6.3. Session-Based Usage

Tokens are available only during your current session and are not transferable between sessions or devices. Each session is independent, and no account-based token storage or personal identification is maintained.

7. Character and Environment Features

7.1. Character Consistency

While we strive to maintain character consistency across sequential videos, the AI technology may not guarantee 100% consistency. Variations in character appearance between videos may occur due to AI limitations.

7.2. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that any characters or environments you create do not violate these Terms or applicable laws. This includes not creating characters that impersonate real individuals without permission.

7.3. Temporary Storage

Character and environment data is stored temporarily during your active session to enable consistency features. This data is automatically deleted after session completion.

8. Termination & Violations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

• Distributing harmful or unlawful content
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or violating intellectual property laws
• Exploiting the Service in unintended ways or interfering with other users' access
• Attempting to circumvent the token system or Fair Usage Policy
• Creating inappropriate characters or content that violates our content standards

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time, with or without prior notice. Any significant modifications will be communicated to you, for example, by an in-app notification or on our website. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

IULIIA KRASNOKUTSKAIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
